We researchjed in to other music videos as we had to find a song that had a up beat track to it so we decided to look at RnB music and searched mostly female artists
Underneath are some music videos from RnB female artists such as Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Alicia Keys and many more. We didnt want to just look at all dance type music from the artists but also slow songs which have a beat that a dance could be performed to.
We also looked at the music videos to see if their videos are good or bad so that we could make a remake of it but then we decided to also look at ones that are recently new which dont have a video to it, so that the ideas are new and original.
The things that we looked at to analyse is the genre of music and if it fits the music video, the type of music video it is, the target audience, the costumes and prop, mise en scene and the actors that feature in it.
This video is by Alicia Keys and is a slow sad song. The things that we have analysed in this video is that it has a storyline to relate to the song.

Our first choice
My group chose to do Coldplay Viva La Vida as our music for our music video but we were told by our teacher that the beat to the song wasn't good enough to make a music video to.
